"FB Innovation 2.0" on the "Catalog of advanced and qualified services for Tuscan companies", approved by management decree n. 4983 of November 5th 2014, measure B.3.1 - Support for the introduction of innovations in the management of relations with customers and measure B.3.2 - Support for the development of specialized distribution networks and for the promotion of products.

The "FB Innovation 2.0" project saw the carrying out of the following consultancy activities, expressly the activation of four macro activities as shown below:

Phase I: the first phase concerned a careful market analysis on the state of the art, in other words the availability of various software for database acquisition and management of newsletter campaigns, definition and drafting of the project for the creation of an internet site with the Content Management System (CMS); reserved area of the site with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Phase II: the second phase focused on consulting for the creation of a new website, marketing activities, newsletter service with acquisition and management of contacts for the acquisition of new customers (or "potential customers") and upkeeping of existing customers, necessary to make the Fabio Luciani Corporate Communication brand more visible.

Phase III: the third phase involved the experimentation of what was planned during the design phase, this activity aimed at receiving inputs that have brought some improvements on the website (CMS) and reserved area (CRM). Web marketing solutions have been activated, such as newsletters, and market intelligence actions, link building and link baiting campaigns; activation of Landing Page Design; creation of special pages for search marketing activities. Digital marketing actions have also been activated, including advertising campaigns having the aim to increase conversions on the site.

Phase IV: the fourth phase involves the adoption of software solutions for the implementation of the customer loyalty system of Fabio Luciani Corporate Communication brand; therefore, consultancy will be carried out for application, evaluation, correction and revision, if necessary.
